These terms govern use of this website and product inquiries submitted to Sufeng New Energy. They do not replace the written quotation, order confirmation or contract issued for a specific transaction.

1. Product catalogue and inquiries

Website listings are provided for product discovery and inquiry. Sending a form does not create an order, reserve stock or guarantee acceptance. A transaction begins only after the exact model, quantity, price, stock route, delivery terms and applicable documents are confirmed in writing.

2. Product information

We aim to keep specifications and images accurate, but product appearance, labels, packaging, accessories and technical details may change by model or production batch. Illustrative images are not evidence of current stock, certification or a completed customer project.

3. Quotations, prices and payment

Prices, currencies, taxes, freight, duties and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or invoice. A published reference price does not override a written quotation. Payment must be made only through the method stated in the confirmed transaction documents.

4. Stock, delivery and dangerous goods

Stock location, lead time, carrier availability and destination eligibility are confirmed per order. Lithium battery transport is subject to carrier, packaging, customs and dangerous-goods requirements and may cause route or timing changes.

5. Product selection and safe use

The buyer must provide accurate voltage, capacity, current, BMS, communication, installation and use-case requirements. Products must be installed, charged, stored and transported by qualified persons in accordance with model-specific instructions and applicable law.

6. Documents and certifications

CE, UN38.3, MSDS, test reports and other documents apply only to the models and versions identified in those documents. Availability is confirmed before ordering. Website labels do not independently certify every listed product.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and the confirmed transaction terms. Warranty coverage is model-specific and governed by our Warranty Policy and written order documents. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website content, branding and original materials may not be copied, misrepresented, scraped at scale or used unlawfully. You must not interfere with the website, submit malicious files or impersonate another person or business.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sufeng New Energy is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unconfirmed website information, misuse, incompatible components, unauthorized installation or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
