Warranty Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Warranty coverage is model-specific. The applicable period and remedy are those stated in the written quotation, invoice, product document or order confirmation. A general website reference does not grant the same warranty to every product.
1. What may be covered
During the confirmed warranty period, we will review manufacturing or material defects under normal, documented use. The available remedy may be technical support, repair, replacement parts, replacement product or another written solution.
2. What is not covered
- Incorrect voltage, current, charger, BMS, wiring, communication setup or incompatible components.
- Improper installation, storage, transport, maintenance, modification, disassembly or physical damage.
- Overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, water, fire, impact, temperature abuse or use outside model specifications.
- Normal capacity reduction, wear, consumables or cosmetic changes that do not indicate a defect.
- Products without a traceable order, serial or batch identification where required.
3. Making a claim
Email renbella37@gmail.com with the order reference, model, serial or batch information, system configuration, charger and BMS details, installation photos, measured data and a clear description of the issue. Do not ship batteries until written instructions are provided.
4. Assessment and transport
Remote diagnostics may be required before return authorization. Transport and service responsibility is determined from the assessment, transaction terms and applicable law.
5. Mandatory rights
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Transaction-specific written warranty terms take priority where they provide more detail or protection.
