Returns & Refunds Policy

Lithium battery returns require prior authorization because transport, packaging and dangerous-goods restrictions may apply. Contact us before sending any product.

1. Requesting a return

Send the order reference, product model, quantity, delivery date, reason and clear photos or test evidence to renbella37@gmail.com. A request made within 30 days will be reviewed, but does not automatically guarantee acceptance or a refund.

2. Authorization and shipping

Do not return batteries without written authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized, unsafe or incorrectly declared shipments may be refused. The responsible party for return freight, insurance, duties and dangerous-goods handling is confirmed case by case.

3. Return condition

Unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied, it must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and returned with original labels, accessories and suitable packaging. Custom products, used cells, damaged terminals, modified packs and products exposed to unsafe conditions may not be returnable.

4. Inspection and resolution

Returned products are inspected before replacement, credit or refund. Approved refunds are issued according to the confirmed transaction method and may exclude original freight, duties or non-recoverable processing costs where legally permitted.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory rights that apply to an eligible consumer. B2B transactions are primarily governed by the written quotation, invoice or contract.
