Before returning a product
- Do not ship a battery without written return instructions.
- Provide the order number, issue description, photographs and packaging condition.
- Use the approved carrier and dangerous-goods method where required.
- Custom, used, damaged or incorrectly handled products may not qualify for a standard return.
